Refund policy

Our Return and Refund Policy stipulates that the initial term of this Agreement starts on the Effective Date and ends on the day before the 1st anniversary (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, the Agreement continues on a month-to-month basis (each, a “Subsequent Monthly Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”) until terminated with a 30-day written notice to Life Advocate Fitness, LLC. Each Subsequent Monthly Term begins on a monthly anniversary of the Effective Date and ends on the day before the next monthly anniversary.
